The implementation plan is broken down into phases:

• Planning Phase: A low level design is created to show how the individual components connect and interact.   This phase is performed to reduce implementation time, ensure high availability, and make it easier to maintain in the future.
• Implementation Phase: Implement the solution according to the low-level design documents.
• Testing & Acceptance Phase: The testing phase will validate the solution was implemented according to the low level design and passes the test which are defined in the “Testing & Acceptance Phase” section.
• Migration & Production Failover Phase: The data residing on the old platform is migrated onto the new platform in this phase.   Once the data is validated the production applications are enabled to run on the new platform.
